Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute
Preventive Maintenance (PM)
schedules for all machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Respond promptly to
Breakdown Maintenance
issues, diagnose faults, and restore operations in minimum time (focus on reducing
MTTR - Mean Time to Repair
).
Carry out
Corrective Maintenance
actions to address recurring issues and prevent future breakdowns.
Monitor and improve
MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
and
MTTR
metrics for all critical assets.
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the plant.
Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities, including PM checklists, breakdown records, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with production and quality departments to plan maintenance activities without affecting production targets.
Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to avoid downtime due to parts unavailability.
Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines and plant equipment.
Drive continuous improvement through
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
,

Lead or support implementation of
