Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at our facility in Sodhpur (Kolkata), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all machinery, equipment, and utilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing regular maintenance and preventive checks on machines and equipment. - Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or technical faults in machinery. - Maintaining records of maintenance schedules and repair work. - Ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of equipment breakdowns. - Coordinating with the production team to plan maintenance activities. - Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Suggesting improvements for equipment performance and reliability. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. - 3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setup. - Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently. - Good communication and documentation skills.
