Maintenance and Service Engineer

As a Service Maintenance Technician, your role will involve attending service maintenance calls and providing technical support to customers. This includes identifying and resolving customer challenges related to CNC, VMC, and Grinding machine installation and leveling. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and working on CRM software for tasks such as call open and reports filling. Your key responsibilities will include keeping records of daily machine breakdowns and maintenance, as well as planning materials and generating spares for Critical Machines. You will be handling Turning, VMC, HMC, and Grinding machines of ACE Micromatic Group, and troubleshooting problems related to Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controllers, motors, and drives. Additionally, you will be required to perform periodic maintenance of CNC machines and send quotations for critical spare parts. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in promoting AMC/ECO Business for products like Stabilizers, CNC Tool Holders, and OKS Grease.
