Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in both public and private sectors using government e-portals and private platforms. Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids, pre-qualification documents, and RFQs/RFPs as per tender requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (estimations, technical, procurement, legal) to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions. Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, facility owners, EPCs, and government bodies. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions to gather technical and commercial requirements. Develop pricing models, commercial strategies, and winning proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain a pipeline of tenders, leads, and opportunities through regular tracking and reporting. Keep abreast of competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments
