As an Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager (ASM/RSM) at our company, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team in your designated territory. With a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a crucial role in setting achievable sales targets and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds them. Your duties will include managing, training, and mentoring the sales team, monitoring their performance, and maintaining a Daily Sales Report (DSR). By collecting customer feedback, you will provide valuable insights to senior management and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies. In this role, you will travel within your sales area to engage with potential and existing customers, promoting our company's offerings and building strong, long-term relationships. Your exceptional management, leadership, and organizational skills will be key to your success in this position. To be considered for this role, you should have a Graduate or Post Graduate qualification and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in the homeopathic industry is preferred.
