We are currently seeking individuals with 1 to 5 years of experience for the role of Counsellor/Senior Counsellor based in Chennai. The chosen candidates will be part of the higher education, study abroad, and international student recruitment industry, offering a full-time position with attractive incentives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business partners and maintain strong relationships with them. - Proficiency in Hindi or Gujarati is essential for this role. - Engage with agents and introducers to facilitate the selection of suitable matches between universities and candidates. - Follow up with partners for any pending documentation and provide guidance on visas and accommodation as needed. - Offer CRM support to partners and agents, working closely with the compliance team on interview feedback and financial document verification. - Ensure adherence to strict compliance processes for interviews and financial checks before communicating with universities. - Collaborate with the product team on CRM and product enhancements. - Convert SQLs into deposits by coordinating with partners and introducers. - Conduct regular meetings with partners to address support needs or sales-related issues. - Actively participate in university webinars and sessions. - Share knowledge and information with other branches as required. Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a quick learning aptitude with a passion for sales. - Proficient in hunting, door opening, and business development. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to nurture and maintain contacts effectively.
