As a Sewing Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate sewing machines efficiently in order to produce high-quality textile products. You must ensure that all finished products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, it will be your duty to maintain the machines and perform basic maintenance tasks as and when required. Following the instructions and production guidelines provided by the supervisor is essential to ensure smooth workflow. Working in compliance with safety standards and company policies is a key aspect of this role. You will also be expected to assist in sorting and inspecting raw materials and finished products, as well as meeting daily production targets and deadlines. The qualifications required for this position include a minimum education level of 8th grade and above. Previous experience in textile or clothing manufacturing is considered a plus but not mandatory. It is important to have the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are crucial skills for this role. Being comfortable working in a factory setting and with machines is also necessary. This is a full-time job that offers benefits such as health insurance and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a shift allowance provided. The work location is in person.
