Responsibilities Store Visit Must visit assigned stores in Lenskart uniform and manage the complete Technical and Functional part of Lenskart stores In Store Duty Act as a Mentor and Coach to Fresher Optometrists. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical and automation technicians and engineers. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical and automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and automation issues in a timely manner to reduce equipment downtime. Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure seamless maintenance activities without impacting production targets. Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance metrics and implement improvements for better equipment reliability. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools to support effective repair and maintenance operations. Participate in budgeting and cost control activities related to the electrical and automation maintenance section. Prepare and maintain documentation including maintenance reports, work orders, and compliance records. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing automation upgrades or system enhancements.
