You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues across Windows, MacOS, and mobile platforms. Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly, monitoring network infrastructure to address connectivity problems, and installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Routine system maintenance, updates, backups, as well as management of antivirus software and endpoint security tools will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation will be crucial, along with documenting solutions, procedures, and FAQs to enhance support workflows. You will need to prepare detailed diagnostic reports that clearly outline the issue, the steps taken, and whether a solution was implemented. If an issue remains unresolved, you must report it accordingly and collaborate with the software team when necessary. Reporting daily work updates to the Management is a mandatory requirement. Additionally, monitoring system alerts to ensure system uptime and performance, as well as compliance with security policies and data protection standards, will be essential aspects of your role.
