Experience of Haitian make machine operation(Hydraulic & Electric both) & Maintenance (Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance) •Equipment: Hydraulic Injection Moulding Machine •Equipment Capacity:120 ton to 550 Ton •Haitian Make Required Candidate profile Utility Operation & Maintenance (LT/HT Setup, DG, AHU, Air Compressor, Water Chiller, Water Treatment Plant) Maintenance Performance Indices:MTTR,MTBF,Equipment & Utility Uptime Spare part management

Maintain all machines / equipment/ utilities as per defined standard conditions & ensure availability of Spare parts as per requirement Maintain/ensure machines & equipment History card, Preventive maintenance / predictive maintenance records Required Candidate profile Specialization in PLC Panel, Allen Bradley, SCADA, VFD, HMI Knowledge of electrical Panel, SCADA, PLC. Etc. Ensure the availability of all critical spares as per the defined list.

Looking after day to day affairs & related activities Should have good knowledge of Clean Room / HVAC System Evaluation & up gradation of personnel skills of all staff & workers under him Operation & maintenance of sites, lines and service equipments Required Candidate profile Ensure optimum utilization of manpower,machine&resources by minimizing wastage Maintaining&reviewing all records/documents concerning thedeptt Coordination ofdifferent deptt.for energy saving measures

Ensures timely electrical maint.need repair of all plant machinery Plans &ensures regular,preventive,predictive & breakdown maint.of the plant equipment& utilities as per the schedule Ensures timely identing of tools & requirements for machine maint. Required Candidate profile Conducts root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/failures,take required corrective actions & initiate preventive measures Attends daily review meetings with maint.head for status update.
