Contract To Hire(C2H) Role Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Gurgaon Payroll: BCforward Work Mode: Hybrid JD Description: Skills: Functional Testing; Mainframe Testing, TestNG, Credit card/Finance domain, Selenium, Karate or others Experiences: Minimum 6 years of testing experience in IT industry preferably in Testing(Functional Testing; Mainframe Testing, TestNG, Credit card/Finance domain) . Required Technical skills: 1. Hands on technical skills on core mainframe technologies for 3 years. Primary Skills: JCL, DB2, CICS expert in PL-SQL, FTP, knowledge on any Mainframe Scheduler . 2. Knowledge on RDBMS and No-SQL platforms like Big data, Couchbase, Mongo DB 3. Languages Java, PYTHON and JSON structure . 4. Public private Cloud 5. Test automation suite and scripting experience using frameworks like Selenium, Karate or others . 6. Good to have experience working in an integrated platform and dataflow with mix of technologies. Knowledge on: APIs, Rest, SOAP, Use of tools: SOAPUI, POSTMAN, Splunk. 7. Must be good in documentation and acquainted with MS office tools specially Excel basic Operations such as V-lookups, Pivot tables, Remove Duplicates etc. Good to have knowledge on BI tools reporting. 8. Test management experience with hands on experience on deliverables of testing projects- Test plan, test approach, Test data, Test execution etc , including automation for test data, test bed setup and execution. 9. Understanding on Customer journeys and defects lifecycle . 10. Understand the data set up need and identify the SORs as per the workflow. 11. Familiarity & experience with test environment and platforms is preferred. 12. Certification like ISTQB is a plus. Project Practices: 13. Required complete knowledge of SDLC process. 14. Good to have knowledge in Agile tools, ceremonies. Functional Areas: 15. Must be having functional knowledge of either credit card or banking or brokerage. Attitude: 16. Should be flexible on the work timing. 17. Should carry bold willingness towards learning and challenging assignments. 18. Should be logical and good in English communication. 19.
