With a total of 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for functional testing of Mainframes and Distributed applications. Your role will involve testing applications within the Capital Markets domain. Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as HP-ALM and JIRA, along with working experience on databases, will be essential for this position. Additionally, familiarity with automation tool Selenium is required. The willingness to work from 1 PM to 10 PM and possessing strong communication skills are also key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and supporting compliance measures, as well as conducting ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring to ensure adherence to established quality assurance processes and standards. You will evaluate internal controls, risk assessments, and maintain documentation related to compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Identifying risks, evaluating deficiencies, and collaborating with internal departments to address them effectively will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be involved in designing and facilitating internal training on quality assurance requirements and procedures, along with performing audits and risk assessments to determine corrective actions when necessary. In this role, you will apply your theoretical knowledge to achieve goals independently, drawing on specific functional expertise acquired through formal education. While providing guidance as a project manager using your technical expertise, you will continue to enhance your knowledge and skills within your discipline. Building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, you will solve straightforward problems, analyze solutions using standard procedures, and receive a moderate level of guidance and direction. Functional Knowledge: You are expected to have a thorough understanding and application of procedures and concepts within your discipline, complemented by basic knowledge of other disciplines. Business Expertise: Understanding key business drivers and utilizing this knowledge to accomplish your work effectively is crucial. Leadership: While you will not have supervisory responsibilities, you will offer informal guidance to new team members. Problem Solving: You will handle problem-solving in straightforward situations, using your technical experience, judgment, and precedents to analyze possible solutions. Impact: Your work will directly impact the quality of your own work and that of your team, operating within established guidelines and policies. Interpersonal Skills: You should be able to explain complex information to others in clear and straightforward terms.
