Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform testing activities for mainframe applications.
Validate and verify components including
JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS
, and
online screens
.
Write and execute
SQL queries
for data validation.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
mainframe testing
.
Proficiency in
JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS
, and
SQL
.
Good understanding of
software testing methodologies
and
test case design
.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
API testing
.
Exposure to
automation testing tools
(e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG).

Bonus

Knowledge of both
manual and automation testing
is a plus.
