As a Mainframe Technical Lead, your responsibilities will include working on Mainframe systems and engineering, utilizing tools such as JCL, CICS, DFSort, and other Mainframe tools. You will be responsible for writing and debugging Cobol programs, working with VSAM Files and GDGs, and collaborating with Changeman. Your role will involve developing, testing, and maintaining Mainframe applications using JCL, Cobol, and CICS, analyzing processes, documenting technical details, identifying areas for enhancement, and troubleshooting issues in various environments. Additionally, you will be required to engage with individuals from different countries, delivering high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding and hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies. The mandatory skills required for this role include proficiency in Mainframe.
