Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Mainframe Developer

Main Responsibilities:

Mainframe Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned

  Mainframe applications

  or projects.
• Develop and maintain solutions using

  COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC

  , and

  DB2

  .
• Respond to

  job abends

  , resolve

  production incidents

  , and meet

  SLA/CSF/CTQ

  metrics.
• Monitor and support

  daily/weekly/monthly jobs

  for performance and accuracy.
• Deliver solutions in compliance with organizational

  IT processes and security standards

  .
• Create and maintain

  application documentation

  including:
• SCM (Source Code Management)
  
• DR Plans (Disaster Recovery)
  
• Risk Assessments
  
• Security Control documents
  
• Coordinate with team members and provide

  regular status updates

  to the Project Manager.

SAP S/4HANA Functional (P2P) Responsibilities:

• Act as a

  Technical and Functional Consultant

  for the

  Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  process in SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide functional expertise on:
  

• Materials Management

• Vendor Management

• ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice)

• Purchase Requisition & Orders

• Goods Receipt Handling

• 3-Way Matching

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand

  functional and system requirements

  .
• Contribute to the

  integration of legacy systems

  into

  SAP S/4HANA

  (experience in legacy integration is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation

  or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of

  SAP P2P data models and workflows

  .
• Background in regulated industries (e.g., banking, manufacturing, healthcare).
  
• Knowledge of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware integration.
