Your key responsibilities will include leveraging Blu Age automation tools to analyze, modernize, and transform legacy mainframe applications into more modern and scalable solutions. You will lead initiatives for migrating and modernizing core mainframe systems, design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing mainframe systems for maximum efficiency, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for mainframe applications, and preparing detailed documentation and reports on modernization processes and development activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with mainframe development and modernization, including extensive experience using Blu Age for automating mainframe application transformation. You should be proficient in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, and JCL, with a strong understanding of modern development practices and cloud platforms. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management within Agile and/or Waterfall environments are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.,

Candidate Should be interested for C2H Role JD : DB Specialist Summary of Position As part of the larger team, Data Migration Specialists extract data from a variety of legacy mainframe databases, map the raw data to new database systems in either the cloud or on-premises data solutions. This position will be in charge of extracting, mapping, formatting, and importing client data from legacy systems into cloud-based data environments. They must understand data structure, determine data relationships to properly map data into the most strategic areas within the new data structures.
