Mainframe Skills for Supporting Critical Application - JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS: Eligibility application is one of the most critical applications, handling sensitive member demographic and client information. This has direct impact on Customer Business.

As we approach the 1/1 peak enrollment season, client anticipates a significant increase in ticket volume. To manage this surge effectively, we need to expedite the fulfillment of this vacant position.

Current pool of available internal profiles did not meet the requirements for this critical demand.

JD :

• Mainframe candidates with production support experience along with ITSM tool.
• Technically Strong in DB2, Cobol, JCL, SORT
• Should be able handle any MF Job abends independently
• Ready to learn the application quickly
• Flexibility to support on weekends or holidays
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as needed
• Need to coordinate with onshore team and clients
• Ability to play lead role from offshore
• Experience in grooming and mentoring team members
• Good communication skills
