Mainframe Application Developer

As a Mainframe Application Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining mainframe applications. You will work with a team of professionals across different seniority levels. The ideal candidate should have experience in mainframe technologies and a strong understanding of database management systems. - Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and IMS. - Manage and optimize database systems, including DB2, VSAM, and IMS. - Develop and maintain applications using CICS. - Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Experience in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and IMS. - Strong understanding of database management systems. - Familiarity with CICS development. - Proficiency in tools like Jira. If you have Japanese and English language skills (speaking and reading) and experience in the Insurance domain, it would be considered a plus.,
