About the Role We are seeking a skilled mid-level Data Analyst / Consultant to design and develop data-driven analysis that support consulting teams in delivering high-impact business solutions for supply chain and logistics. The ideal candidate will have extensive Hands-On experience with ETL (Data Extraction Transformation and Loading) processes, data visualization tools, and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics business analysis. You will work in close collaboration with consulting teams across multiple geographies and time zones, using industry-leading BI tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) to deliver insights that enhance client performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support global consulting projects in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations. Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses to support strategic decision-making, project recommendations, and performance tracking. Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of analytics outputs. Analytics Solution: Architect, optimize, and manage ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Design and develop and sustain/refresh end-to-end data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs. Build and enhance interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) tailored to both executive and operational audiences. Others: Stay current with emerging analytics tools, methods, and industry best practices to proactively recommend enhancements to data processes and solutions. Contribute to the knowledge base by developing reusable assets, templates, and automation scripts for future consulting engagements. Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics. MBA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a senior analyst role within management consulting and/or industry experience with supply-chain, procurement, logistics or operations with emphasis in business intelligence and data analysis. 3+ years of experience with diagnosing, prescribing, planning, executing, and presenting mid-sized analytics and BI projects. Ability to interpret complex business and operational data, identify actionable insights, and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently while aligning with consulting project priorities. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with consultants, client teams, and internal colleagues. Creative problem-solver who can design innovative solutions within tight timelines. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities. Candidate may be located anywhere in India. International travel is not expected for this role.
