We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. You’ll play a key role in acquiring quality leads/customers, improving conversions, and scaling performance campaigns to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, CPL , etc. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences. Analyze performance data regularly and prepare insightful reports to track KPIs. Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies. Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising. Requirements: 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, or similar platforms). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager , and similar tools. Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journey. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Nice to Have: Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS , or lead-gen-based businesses . Knowledge of email automation tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Hubspot.
