Regularly prepare performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements. Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Klaviyo, etc. to monitor performance and user behavior. Stay up to date with latest platform changes, ad policies, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce/D2C performance marketing .
