Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve moderately complex issues in Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune. Perform mailbox migrations, shared mailbox configuration, and advanced email flow troubleshooting. Manage O365 licenses, groups, roles, and user policies. Configure and troubleshoot MFA, conditional access policies, and compliance settings. Support PowerShell-based scripting for automation or bulk tasks (e.g., user provisioning, reporting). Coordinate with Microsoft support or for partner / vendor for critical issue resolution. Required Technical Skills and Qualifications: Apprx 1.6 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365 in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Office 365 Admin Center and related services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive etc). Good understanding of Azure AD concepts. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service desk). Working knowledge of PowerShell for M365 tasks is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Soft: Strong customer service mindset. Excellent communication skills. Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. System and Process oriented.
