As a Mail Communications and Customer Service Coordinator at the Ground Hub, you will be responsible for handling all mail communications with internal and external customers. Your duties will include managing mail reverts and coordinating with relevant departments such as PUDs, warehouses, and origin to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will monitor exception cases like unidentified shipments, undelivered shipments, and regulatory hold cases, taking corrective actions in collaboration with the operations team. You will also provide customer service support at the Ground Hub, ensuring the delivery of quality services to all Blue Dart customers. This may involve coordinating with the Regional Customer Services Team when necessary. Tracking all shipments, updating operations teams on delays or route changes, and communicating with customers regarding delays or regulatory hold shipments are crucial aspects of your role. Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance gaps and assisting in resolving regulatory issues in coordination with the Regulatory Team. Keeping track of transit time and Net Service Levels (NSL) and providing regular updates to senior management, as well as ensuring the timely closure of SHIELD and CARESS cases related to the Ground Hub, are part of your key responsibilities. Supporting the Operations Team to ensure efficient and smooth operations at the Ground Hub is also a vital aspect of your role. Your performance in this role will be measured based on key result areas and key performance indicators, including timely updation of status in the system, efficient handling of exceptions, support in regulatory compliance cases, customer satisfaction, and adherence to the Performance Management system timelines and guidelines. Your ability to meet these performance indicators will contribute to the overall service quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction at the Ground Hub.,
