As an Intern at Infolog Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing support on the Windows platform. You will be expected to install, configure, and administer Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. Additionally, troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues for all models of desktops and laptops, including configuring drivers and devices will be part of your tasks. You will also be responsible for configuring new user PCs and profiles, including IP addresses and LAN settings. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot, install, and configure mail clients like MS Outlook and resolve email-related issues.
