Preferred Gender: Male Salary Band: Up to 18 LPA based on expertise Qualification: MBA (Finance/Risk) / CFA / FRM / Actuary or similar qualifications. Preferably with a relevant technical qualification from the Indian Institute of Risk Management (IIRM) or equivalent. Role Purpose To establish, implement, and monitor the companys risk management framework across all insurance broking functions, ensuring compliance with IRDAI and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the organization from financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks, and building a proactive risk culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the Enterprise Risk Management framework across operational, credit, insurance, IT/cybersecurity, and compliance risks. Ensure adherence to IRDAI and regulatory requirements; act as the primary liaison with regulators and auditors. Formulate and update risk policies, risk appetite statements, and governance standards. Strengthen fraud prevention, operational risk management, and contingency planning. Oversee financial and insurance-related risks (product placement, collections, brokerages, partnerships). Collaborate with IT to mitigate cybersecurity threats and drive ISO/data protection compliance. Build a strong risk-aware culture and deliver training across the organization. Provide risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations to the Board and Risk Committee. Experience & Competencies Minimum 10+ years in Risk Management (NBFC, Insurance Broking, Banking, or Financial Services). At least 5 years in senior leadership with board/committee exposure. Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, fraud risk management, enterprise-wide risk frameworks, and operational resilience. In-depth knowledge of IRDAI regulations, strong analytical and strategic skills, and board-level communication capability.
