Digital Marketing Officer Mahmood and Sons based in Dubai, UAE, a dynamic FMCG company, seeks a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive measurable growth through multi-channel digital campaigns. Location: Dubai (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Responsibilities : · Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships. · Manage and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPC/CPA, and conversion rates. · Assist with content planning and creation of copy, visuals, and multimedia aligned with brand voice. · Manage social media: create content calendars, engage with the community, and analyze performance. · Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive conversions. · Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and derive insights to optimize campaigns. · Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. · Collaborate with sales, design, product, and brand teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. · Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. · 1–3 years of digital marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong internships or project work may be considered. · Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. · Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing. · Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and automation. · Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics (Google Analytics, GA4). · Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns. · Copywriting and content creation abilities; basic design sense (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite a plus). · Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
