Job Summary: The MIS Associate supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Management Information Systems. This role ensures that data is collected, processed, and reported accurately to facilitate business decision-making. The MIS Associate works closely with different departments to improve reporting tools, automate processes, and maintain data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and MIS tools. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, processing, and analysis. Automate routine reports and data processing tasks to improve efficiency. Monitor system performance and resolve basic technical issues. Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs and system requirements. Maintain data integrity and support data audits when required. Support the development of dashboards and visual reporting tools. Document processes, user guides, and reporting standards. Provide user training and support on MIS-related tools and software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an MIS, data analysis, or IT support role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros). Experience with SQL, MS Access, or other database tools is a plus. Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Understanding of ERP/CRM systems. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
