Role Summary: The AGM will oversee the execution of projects and business development at MRIPL, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a minimum 15% profit margin. They will lead the team, set strategic goals, and monitor performance to meet business objectives. The AGM will also foster client relationships, manage staff, and drive innovation and growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead project execution, ensuring timely completion and profitability (15% profit). Set and monitor strategic goals for company growth and market share. Manage project budgets and ensure quality and client satisfaction. Build relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Hire and onboard staff aligned with the company’s goals. Foster leadership development and ensure effective communication within the team. Represent MRIPL with key stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and the public. Qualifications: Strong technical, market, and project management knowledge. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to drive innovation and adapt to changes. Solid understanding of accounts, supply chain, HR, and project execution.
