Key Responsibilities: Analyse market conditions, competitor offerings, and client requirements to optimize win probability. Generating new enquiries regarding aluminium & conductor, cables. Finding new leads & generate for business growth Ensuring timely collection of pricing from management and preparation of quotations within the stipulated timeframe . Conducting regular and timely follow-ups with customers to ensure order finalization, conversion release of advance payment. Ensure timely receipt of customer-approved GTP and drawings within the stipulated timeframe . Ensure orders are secured at or above management-approved pricing to maximize company profitability . Ensure effective coordination between customers and internal teams (Technical, Operations, and Sales) to facilitate smooth and timely execution of orders. Plan and coordinate travel for vendor/GTP approvals and customer visits to ensure timely approvals, secure orders, and strengthen business relationships. Ensure timely submission of required documents to customers for obtaining approvals and completing vendor registration processes. Participate in reverse auctions to secure competitive business opportunities and maximize order acquisition. Coordinate post-order follow-up to obtain GTP and drawing approvals from the client or board within the required timeline.
