Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns Maintain effective communication channel with each client and establish a strong relationship with them. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities Research and analyze sales options Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports Build and maintain professional networks Coordinate with marketing team to check the regular emails campaigns/updates on their customer database Coordinate with product team to check the regular product changes and update clients about the new features or product been added to the website Maintain the quality of customer database online at the backend with sales person name assigned Provide feedback of customer to content, marketing and product team on the display of content & features usability and suggest required changes Achieve monthly/quarterly or yearly closure targets and report major problems to upper management Maintain monthly MIS and update it to the HR and senior management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service, payments etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
