 Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs  Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media  Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns  Maintain effective communication channel with each client and establish a strong relationship with them.  Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities  Research and analyze sales options  Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects  Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products  Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports  Build and maintain professional networks  Coordinate with marketing team to check the regular emails campaigns/updates on their customer database  Coordinate with product team to check the regular product changes and update clients about the new features or product been added to the website  Maintain the quality of customer database online at the backend with sales person name assigned  Provide feedback of customer to content, marketing and product team on the display of content & features usability and suggest required changes  Achieve monthly/quarterly or yearly closure targets and report major problems to upper management  Maintain monthly MIS and update it to the HR and senior management  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services  Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service, payments etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
