Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Principal in overall administration, academic planning, and discipline management. Supervise and support teachers in curriculum delivery, classroom management, and co-curricular activities. Conduct regular reviews and mentoring of staff to ensure academic excellence. Oversee daily operations, timetables, teacher substitutes, and student welfare. Coordinate with parents, students, and staff to maintain a positive school environment. Ensure implementation of school policies, assessments, and progress reports. Represent the school in official meetings, inspections, and events when required. Qualifications and Experience: Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject. B.Ed. or M.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or coordination role (e.g., HOD, Coordinator, or Academic Supervisor). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience in ICSE curriculum will be preferred.
