Job Description – Site Supervisor (Interior Design Company) Position: Site Supervisor Location: [Ghaziabad/ Project Locations- Delhi ncr ] Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a creative and fast-growing interior design company delivering premium residential and commercial projects. To ensure smooth execution and timely delivery, we are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and our design team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site activities of interior projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Monitor daily progress and update project status to management. Resolve on-site issues, discrepancies, or client concerns efficiently. Manage site materials, measurements, and stock requirements. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Attend site meetings with clients and provide clear communication. Deliver projects on time with desired quality and finishing. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in interior fit-outs / construction). Strong knowledge of interior materials, processes, and finishes. Ability to read and understand drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus). Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Strong communication and client-handling abilities. Must be proactive, responsible, and deadline-driven. Willingness to travel to different project sites.
