Job Title: E-Commerce Manager Location: Millennium Textile Market 4, Bamroli Khadi Bridge, Udhna Udhyog Nagar, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat Salary: ₹9,999 – ₹19,999 per month (Fixed) Shift timing: 9:30 to 7 pm with sunday week off About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Managers to handle and grow our online sales operations. This role offers freshers and experienced candidates the to work in the fast-paced e-commerce industry, with a focus on product listing, order processing, and customer management. Key Responsibilities Manage online store operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). List, update, and maintain product details, pricing, and stock availability. Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order dispatch and inventory tracking. Monitor sales, returns, and customer feedback to improve performance. Ensure high-quality product images and descriptions for better visibility. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently. Prepare daily/weekly reports on e-commerce performance and sales trends. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Minimum 12th Pass Experience: Both fresher and experienced Language Skills: Intermediate English communication. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales. Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
