Graduation compulsory Experience in similar role Basic understanding of Microsoft office, excel, software. Fluent in English. Preferred Experience:- Construction / Infrastructure field. Job Profile: 1. Answer the calls, transfer to concerned person, answer visitors questions and mails & provide them with relevant information. 2. Keep record of office supply, inventory and expenses. 3. Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly. 4. Follow security procedures. 5. Maintain visitors and department directories and logs. 6. Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material.
