Job Title: Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to make outbound calls, explain products/services, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and patience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database. Explain products or services clearly and confidently. Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer interaction. Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns. Work closely with the sales/support team for closures.
