As an NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing NC programs and manufacturing processes for aerospace products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines. - Validate NC programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production. Collaboration & Coordination: - Work closely with Aerospace manufacturing engineers on work packages, ensuring clear communication on project requirements and rework. - Collaborate with production teams and vendors to enhance manufacturing processes and tooling design. Quality & Compliance: - Ensure all NC programs and processes comply with safety and quality standards. - Participate in the review and validation of tool designs and manufacturing processes.
