Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with mandatory experience in the Life Insurance domain, Life Asia tool or Ignenium tool. The ideal candidate should be skilled in analyzing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and reporting bugs with precision. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to life insurance products and processes. Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases based on system requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing. Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). Validate calculations and workflow logic related to insurance products (e.g., premiums, policies, claims). Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure testing coverage. Perform back-end testing including database validation using SQL queries. Required Skills and Experience: Mandatory: 1–4 years of experience in manual testing along with minimum 6 months of experience in Life Asia tool, Life Insurance domain or Ignenium tool. Strong knowledge of life insurance operations – policy issuance, servicing, underwriting, claims, etc. Proficient in manual testing methodologies and QA best practices. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM). Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
