Lonza’s Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI) division is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support Hard Empty Capsules product management. In this role, you will be a critical partner to the product management team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision making. You will develop robust analytics and reporting, optimize portfolio performance, and enhance systems and processes to ensure data-driven execution. You will be the primary partner to the product management team in driving analytics, recommending strategic actions and providing guidance for portfolio performance and optimization. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align insights with strategic priorities. Promote a culture of accountability, tenacity, collaboration, and insightfulness within the Capsules & Health Ingredients division Key Requirements Bachelors / Masters degree with minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience. Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required, with Power BI, SQL, Python, or R as plus. Experience with SAP, BW, Salesforce, or CPQ is a strong plus Excellent financial acumen with an understanding of profitability, pricing strategies, and key commercial levers. GFT (Gel Feed Tank) & Dish Washing Operate automatic cleaning system to clean GFTs. Manual cleaning of GFT and dishes and deliver the cleaned vessels in time without any delay. Documentation of the work done in assigned annexures, as per GDP. Collection of rinse samples as per schedule/ Test rinse samples. Transfer cleaned and uncleaned vessels (GFTs and dishes). Monitoring the cleaning status and deliver, covered and labelled vessels. Clean other miscellaneous accessories. Collect and classify gel and trim based on their recuperation status, document the same and transfer the material accordingly either to scrap or for recycling. Coordinate with utility and M&E in case of any discrepancy as per the type of problem. You will be responsible for maintaining regular interactions with doctors to understand their prescription trends. You will be responsible for communicating prescription trend data to SBM/RSM. You will be responsible for keeping track of specific customer needs and providing feedback to Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO). You will be responsible for preparing lists of doctors for all CME events and submitting them to SBM/RSM to foster strong relationships and loyalty among doctors. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating data on doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain contacts in the internal database. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate management of sales activities to optimize sales volume and effectiveness. Qualifications Educational qualification- Graduate with science background.
