Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of “Territory Business Manger” to drive sales of pharmaceutical products in your assigned territory. You will gather market intelligence, conduct prescription audits, and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will manage queries from doctors, maintain customer relationships, and ensure accurate territory data management. Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for understanding market trends and competition status by gathering information from stockists and chemists and relaying this data to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM). You will be responsible for conducting Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) on doctors in the assigned area to identify potential high-prescribers and providing the final list of doctors likely to prescribe large quantities to the SBM/RSM for sales forecasting purposes. You will be responsible for attending relevant training programs and staying updated on product literature. You will be responsible for obtaining sales targets and promotion budget details from SBM/RSM. You will be responsible for utilizing the allocated budget to plan launch activities for different doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in the assigned area. You will be responsible for conducting regular sales pitches and presentations with doctors to promote products. You will be responsible for submitting reimbursement bills to SBM/RSM.
