NTT DATA is seeking a Security Specialist - Cloudflare to join the team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN). As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving web access and remote access issues for users. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing continuous monitoring and support for Cloudflare Tunnel and WARP connector systems, handling incident resolution, managing incidents through ITSM tools, conducting maintenance activities, updating operational procedures, and assisting in diagnosing user connectivity issues. To qualify for this position, you should possess a solid understanding of TCP, UDP, SSL protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot using command line tools and network packet analyzers like Wireshark. You should have at least 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience for Cloudflare remote access and Secure Web Gateway (SWG), along with extensive experience in troubleshooting DNS and networking-related issues. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively bridge the gap between customers and the engineering team. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. The primary skill set expected for this role includes knowledge in Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloudflare Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Magic WAN, Magic Firewall, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Cisco firewall and routing. Additionally, familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Cisco AnyConnect, Cisco Umbrella, Content Filtering, and Bluecoat Proxy is considered a secondary skill set.
