Role & responsibilities In this role, the candidate will apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to design, develop, and update complex system features. He/She will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into robust SysML models, ensuring the architectural integrity of our products from concept to implementation. Develop, maintain, and enhance system architecture models using SysML in a MagicDraw environment. Collaborate with System, Subsystem, and Feature Owners to gather, analyze, and formalize requirements. Architect system features and functions across multiple levels of abstraction, including conceptual, logical, and implementation views. Create and manage a comprehensive suite of SysML artifacts, including: Architecture, Boundary Diagrams, Block Definition and Internal Block Diagrams, Use Case, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams, State Machine Diagrams Lead and participate in technical design meetings, peer reviews, and formal deep dives to present models, validate designs, and drive consensus. Ensure model integrity, resolve errors, and support the generation of reports and documentation from the system model.
