Very bad service. They dont even pick the phone. They dont keep their words. If they tell you that they will do a certain thing please dont trust them, if possible get a written statement from them.They dont even have a value to get one star

Worst service ever. Without any dues i've closed my car loan within 8 months, they are not willing to reduce the pre-closing interest. Manager is not willing to talk also. Don't know how to behave to client. I will never suggest this company to anyone. Not customer friendly.
