Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tax & Finance Associate, located in Gurugram, India. The candidature will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing expert tax advice. Day-to-day responsibilities also include staying updated on changes in tax regulations, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and assisting clients with tax planning strategies. Qualifications Experience in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation Knowledge of Tax Law and strong expertise in Tax-related matters Proficiency in Finance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g, CA, CMA) is preferred Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm is an advantage
