As a Master Tailor, you will be responsible for the crucial stages of our garment production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and fit. Key Responsibilities: Pattern Making & Cutting: Create precise patterns and expertly cut fabrics for various garments, including new designs and sample pieces. Sampling: Develop and produce high-quality samples that accurately reflect design specifications and our brand's aesthetic. Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to translate concepts into final, wearable products. Quality Control: Maintain an exceptional level of craftsmanship, ensuring all cuts and samples meet our rigorous quality standards. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Master Tailor, preferably within the textile or ready-to-wear export industry. Expert proficiency in pattern making, cutting, and garment construction. A strong eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to commute to our office in Sector 69, Noida.
