Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing the outbound tours. Planning and control of tour operations Responsible for preparing tour itineraries, costing and selling Tour packages for FIT, group and corporates and VISA Processing Responsible for all travel arrangements such as transport, hotel, guide bookings etc Continuous follow up with the customers Handling guest complaints, evaluating guest suggestions and finding proper solutions for the same. Maintain rapport with the Suppliers & Hotels Team building capabalities General Administration Preferred candidate profile Graduates, with Good communication and Inter personal skills and Excellent rapport with the Hoteliers and suppliers. Experienced in Handling Outbound Tours . Basic visa and Ticketing knowledge for the purpose of Handling the Tours. Should have completed a certified Travel and Tourism Course .
