If you value discipline, clarity, and genuine relationships, you’ll feel at home here. --- Role: Outreach & Sales Specialist Part-Time · Remote · Upper Assam (Preferably Dibrugarh) Monday to Friday working days, and one Saturday/end of month You’ll be the bridge between our company and the world. Your work will involve: Reaching out to potential clients and partners across India, US, UK, Australia, Germany (latest addition!) & countless more. (Not mars yet!) Building and maintaining relationships Understanding local market needs Driving early sales growth Keeping communication and records clean, simple, and transparent Wednesdays are compulsory remote days - a mix of: getting your personal work sorted (bank, gas, home stuff, because we are all human), and staying proactive with outreach, reporting, and follow-ups. I am also very open and clear with few days of remote setting where absolute presence in office isn't necessary, subject to each day's approval (again, we are all human) --- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) To keep expectations clear and fair after one month of you working with us -: A set number of outreach actions across different platforms (daily/weekly targets will be provided) Minimum 1 sales close per week Do not worry, they will be numbers that are humanly manageable, and won't end up in sleepless nights, that's my promise. --- Compensation Base Salary (fixed, dependable) % Commission on every sale closed (after the client pays) Both Salary % commission will be mutually discussed and included as part of our contract This ensures transparency, no cheating, and a culture where we win together. As you perform, we scale together. --- Who You Should Be A clear communicator with strong writing and conversation skills Comfortable talking to people, listening, and building trust Curious, able to research deeply and understand people Self-driven, organised, and ready to work in a small, fast-moving setup Experience in sales or marketing is great, but not a dealbreaker Familiarity with Upper Assam is a plus --- Why This Role Matters This is an early-stage position.
