The Car Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and conducting test drives. Additionally, the Car Salesperson will be responsible for completing sales documentation and following up with customers post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Experience in Automotive Sales Ability to meet sales targets and follow-up with existing customers Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales or a related field Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems Valid driver's license
