Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and customer service. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to align with company culture and goals. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results. Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and performance metrics.
