📞 Job Opening: Call Forwarding Executive (Non-Graduate OK) Location: Remote / Work From Office Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹8000 – ₹10,000 (depending on experience) About the Role: We’re looking for a calm, patient, and responsible individual to manage call forwarding on behalf of our clients. Many of our clients receive hundreds of recovery calls from banks and financial institutions, which causes them immense stress. Your role will be to answer these calls, collect basic details from the recovery agents, and inform them politely that the client will get a callback. What You’ll Do: • Pick up forwarded recovery calls on behalf of clients • Ask which bank/NBFC the agent is calling from • Note down the client’s name and relevant details about the call • Maintain a daily log of all incoming calls in a structured format (Excel or sheet) • Stay calm and courteous with recovery agents – no arguments or escalation • Ensure complete call records and updates for internal use Requirements: • Basic schooling completed (Graduation NOT required) • Must speak clear Hindi and basic English • Calm attitude – must not get emotionally affected by aggressive callers • Basic knowledge of how to use a smartphone or Excel/Google Sheets • Availability during office hours (10 AM – 6 PM) Ideal For: • Someone looking for an easy, non-sales, non-target job • A fresher or someone with call center experience • Housewives or retired individuals comfortable using a phone
