As a Litigation Specialist at our organization, you will be responsible for handling litigations such as MACT Cases, Consumer Complaints, and High Court Matters in the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Your primary duties will include managing Motor Accident Claims, Employees Compensation Cases, Consumer Cases under the Consumer Protection Act, Ombudsman Complaints, and responding to Legal Notices. Additionally, you will provide legal advice to other functions within the company on various legal issues. Maintaining Management Information System (MIS) and generating reports related to the litigations profile will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelors degree. Please note that this job may involve in-office requirements based on the candidate's location.
